So I was wondering which is canon? I believe it is stated in the canon Atlas that Shaak Ti is stabbed in the back during the temple raid by Anakin, while she is meditating. Shaak Ti was one of the few Jedi to survive the onslaught inside the arena, and then joined the larger battle between the Grand Army of the Republic and the Separatists.
